Ate Zaida asked us to attend the taping of T.S.I.P aired in NBN channel 04. It started at around 10:00 am so before we attend the taping we work first on the journal or police reports which were given to us every morning.
T.S.I.P is a weekly program hosted by Chief Supt. Leonardo Espina with co-host Kathy San Gabriel which discusses current issue regarding the law enforcement agency and plans of the police authorities. It is held at the Multi-Purpose Center in Camp Crame.
In this episode they talked about the Civilian Volunteer (CV) wanted for Maguindanao Massacre arrested last April 15 by the authorities identified as Thong E. Guiamano, alias Ibrahim Kamal Tatak.
